episode 13

I guess I never really had a word to describe what Yoo-rin's going through, but I think I figured it out. Yoo-rin is really suffocating from all this trauma she's going through. There's just so much piled up on her, her dad ran away on her, she has this incredible guilt from having to lie to an entire family, Jung-woo almost wouldn't quit this episode, and tennis whacko was basically ready to be admitted to an asylum. Not to mention she can't freely be with Gong-chan just yet. This was a lot like what Choon-hyang had to go through in DGCH and every time I practically felt like I couldn't breathe along with them. I'm pretty surprised Yoo-rin didn't have a mental break down by now. Yoo-rin, fighting! =/

We had Gong-chan in the beginning telling Yoo-rin to be brave at the airport, but then later on Yoo-rin does the same thing when he has to deal with Yoo-rin officially becoming part of the family. And I just couldn't choose one, so I decided to make both their little pep talks winners of this award. Although if I _had_ to choose, I'd go with Yoo-rin's little song and dance. But ugh it was so hard for me to sit and watch it again, normally I skip through those things because I feel so gosh darned embarrassed for the actors. Like sometimes I literally run screaming from the room with my eyes closed and ears plugged so I don't feel ashamed...even if it's not me who's getting embarrassed. xD

The entire running away sequence was so adorable, especially since Gong-chan played along! Who knew our uber stiff hotel director was capable of pulling off a stint like this? And I loved how Yoo-rin non-chalantly said "we're running away" =DDDDDD. And although I couldn't get a good screen cap of it, I also found the lie to grandfather on the phone too cute for words. Man, Gong-chan is really bad at this isn't he? And when Yoo-rin stepped in Gong-chan just nodded his head and was like "ohh..."

Eh, there was nothing too "slap my gut so hard I can't breath" hilarity in this episode since everything else was too friggin sweet/cute/romantic. But eh, I managed to find something anyways. I just loved that little double-take Gong-chan did when Yoo-rin was like "U liek m3??" Like wth is he denying it for? You just don't grab a girl and run and expect to deny the whole thing. It's like a little kid stealing a chocolate bar and getting his face all messy and telling his mom he didn't do it. SO. OBVIOUS. =PPPP

You think I picked this moment for the telephone call didn't you? You think I gushed at how he was so bashful telling her that he misses her. (Yoo-rin and Gong-chan sitting in a tree~ K-I-S-S-I-N-G) Well I did. But that's soooo not the reason why I picked this moment. I. LOVE. THAT. SHIRT. ON. LEE. DONG. WOOK. O_O Dude so haaaaawt~~~~~

Hey hey look who's back? I was really about to kick him from here to Mars. Honestly I was. I soooo hated him blackmailing Yoo-rin so that he could have her for himself. Like wth could he have _been_ anymore selfish? But then at the end he redeemed himself when he realized what he was doing just wasn't right and left Yoo-rin alone. So for that, Junki fans I brought back the Jung-woo award. *blows kazoo and throws confetti* Yay~

DUUUUUUUUDE~~~~He's grabbing her head! Korean guys never hold the girl while he's kissing her! In fact Korean guys never do anything except barely touch the top layer of skin on the other girls lips. I can think of few other examples except Kim Sam Soon and Goong. Just for this Lee Dong-wook get bumped on the list of Korean guys I'd like to frenchie with xD

DUUUUUUUUDE~~~~ O____________O Like duuuuuuuuude!!!!! The way he told her he loved her???? I could not think of a more perfect way to do it. I can honestly say I haven't really seen any direct statements in any k-dramas, and this by far exceeds my expectations. AND THEN HE KISSES HER AGAIN! Not just one kiss folks! No siree bob we get a kiss, a confession, AND ANOTHER KISS!!!! Pinch me people, this can't be real *___*

I _could_ go off on how psychopathic tennis whacko was in this episode. I _could_ talk about how I wanted to smack her for being so clingy that she has to force two people to be unhappy just because she's not the guy she wants to be with. I _could_ talk about how I wanted to smack her upside the head and more when she was going all insane-o over the snow globe. I could go _on_ about how I hated her for using Yoo-rin's father for her own advantage and how I wanted to spit on her for how fake she was being. I really could. I could b*tch and b*tch and b*tch. But I won't. Instead, I'll talk about Yoo-rin's little overall number. I mean just LOOK at it. It's soooo hideous. How the freak did that design even make if off the drawing page? It didn't look good in Goong, and it sure as heck doesn't look good in My Girl. WTH Korea, wth. And that shawl thing she wore outside with it? CLAAAAASH. It was horrendous and when you put two horrendous things together you get CLASH CLASH CLASH-Y CLASH.
Overall thoughts: although this episode wasn't the best in terms of funny, we definitely got our money's worth in the romance department. Now if you will excuse me I'm about to go all fangirly here. *bounces off walls*
