episode 3

I thought the sweetest moment of this episode had to be when Chae-gyung sees her parents during the wedding and her mother approaches her and straightens out her wedding gown and checks her headpiece. It's like the last time for her to be able to do that sort of thing as her mother and the expression her face showed how much she cared about her daughter. Very sweet mother-daughter moment.

I absolutely loved how Chae-gyung was going "lalalalalalalalalala!!!!" and plugged up her ears when Shin looked like he was about to murder her. ^_^ She was just too cute doing that, especially with the Sangoons holding Shin back, so she knew she could get away with it too. Haha, I especially loved how she was goin "I can't hear you, I can't hear you". My runner up for cutest moment goes to the part where Chae-gyung is playing hide and seek with her palace maidens. I really thought that little giggle she let out was too adorable.

I was debating really hard between this scene and the scene where she accidentally bows and hits her head on the Prime Minister (and I mean that literally, I was sitting in front of photoshop clicking back and forth between the two scenes for fifteen minutes). But I went with this one because it made me laugh more. It was so funny the way she was saying it too. It was like she was being drunk, like you know in those other dramas when people go to street vendors and drink a lot of soju? Like that. I also thought the scene for my runner up was very funny. I can't believe that she actually got away with reading the entire thing off of her arm too. It's scenes like these that make me think that YEH was perfect for the role.

I felt so bad for Chae-gyung when she was sitting by herself after they dragged Shin away. By this time she's really alone, with no friends in the palace. She doesn't even have Shin's support, and that's gotta make a person depressed. She was even putting up a front for Shin before he left, but afterwards she showed how sad she was deep down. Can't help but feel like crying for her.

I absolutely loved how Shin came to visit Chae-gyung while she was in training. To me, that shows how he's already starting to like her. I mean, if he really didn't care about her at all like he claimed in Episode 2, he wouldn't even have bothered to come all the way to see her. And the fact that he gave her treats she wouldn't be able to get in the palace just shows it even more. Yea, yea I know he did it on Yul's advice, but the fact that he wanted and actually did do it means something doesn't it? Otherwise disregard what I just said and think of me as a hopeless romantic *sigh*

I was going to make this the winner of the Saddest Moment award, but I thought it made a better candidate for the Yul award. Seeing how sad Yul was to see the girl that was intended for him getting married to another person is really heartbreaking, especially since Yul is so sweet. Aww, just look at that sad face. Let's go hug him.

This scene doesn't look very hot does it? Well, I beg to differ. There's something about seeing Shin get really mad and put into a murderous rampage that seems really attractive to me. And Chae-gyung having close physical contact is pretty hot no? ^_^ Haha, no seriously, can't you see it? Shin is fighting furiously to be released by the palace maidens and the sangoons, and what would happen if they accidentally let him go? He'd lunge forward and would be going at such a fast rate that he would actually collide with Chae-gyung and they'd slam against the wall, and before you know it, Chae-gyung is in Shin's arms with his face right there. And for some reason the palace maidens and sangoons have all disappeared....

Ok, so if I were sitting at home watching a prince and princess getting married, I know I definitely would not expect a middle schooler to start stripping on screen. It's like "what the...?" Chae-gyung's brother seriously needs to take sedatives, dude's way too hyperactive for his own good.

Shin! I don't want to hit you, but you're being such a big jerk! Chae-gyung, who happens to be the love of your life (and NOT Hyo-rin!) was pouring her heart out to you and you say no? What the heck!? You definitely deserve that bite you got on your hand, big jerk >(
Overall Thoughts:I definitely loved this episode to bits and pieces. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and I loved seeing all the traditional attire being worn.
There were also more comedic moments that I thought were really played out. And I'm always being surprised by how much of the manwha that they're leaving in like the hand biting and hitting the prime minister on the head. And lack of Hyo-rin is always a plus in my book :D
