episode 24

I just found this moment to be so warm and touching. What with Shin not feeling so confident in himself anymore and dear ol' Halmama telling him that their love is true. And I absolutely loved how she gave him wedding bands so that they can be married for real. But if you asked me, she's probably getting antsy for a grandkid and so she's doing whatever she can to make the mood better. I also thought it was a nice family moment between Chae-gyung and her little bro. But frankly, all I could look at during that scene was the chicken. I haven't had fried chicken in so long...*_* -begins to drool-

OMG I was literally gushing inside when I finally learned that Shin was getting mad at Chae-gyung saying that he was her husband and not her boyfriend. Like how cute is that???? And then she shoved some bread in his mouth. Oi Oi... clouds are filling the room again....I'm in my happy pink room again
^_^ Hello midget fairies...where's my hot fudge sundae? Yes, I would like to watch My Little Ponies today instead of Care Bears...

Dude, this guy needs to call up that taxi driver from episode 9 and move in together to become roommates. They're English is so funny and they're both so into it! If I ever end up in Macau, I'm totally going to this dude's restaurant. But as a side note I really think they should've upped the laugh factor in this show. It died down before the show was even half way finished. They should've put in more stuff like this:

Aw...poor Yul. Couldn't get the girl he wanted because karma hit him in the back because of his evil psycho b*tch of a mother. But enough of that. Look how hot! *_* This is like the best angsty Yul face I've ever seen. I seriously want to jump through my computer screen and hug him every time I watch this. And yea, Chae-gyung saying goodbye to grandma, that was sad. But uh, let's go back to Yul and stare... o_o

I really liked Shin's proposal. I don't think I've actually seen too many proposals in Asian dramas simply because the two people are already married (oi, do arranged marriages go around or what? @_@). Aside from Full House, I think everybody just...fell in love? Eh whatever, Shin's proposal was really sweet and romantic and I love how he approaches her as a humble man who doesn't think he's good enough for the woman he loves. *girly sigh* And the runner up is a little eye candy for y'all ^_~

O.O Two words: Sweaty Yul. *_* Looking at him during the saddest award wasn't enough and we certainly have not had a staring spiel since like, what? episode 5 awards? I think it's about time we did that again. Let's take a moment to stare shall we?
O_O...

well that was refreshing wasn't it? But now I need to like, print out this screen cap and make out with it for a while though. *sigh*

^_^;; Hehe. Hehe. Heh..heh...ehhhhh.....So there wasn't anything hot in this episode. Which if you ask me is a big rip-off. We wait 22 episodes for that awesome tongue session in episode 23, but then they totally cut us off! What is that??? I want my money back, or uh...some form of restitution. This ain't fair. They better deliver next year is all I'm saying. But with that said. Choi Sanggoong is hawt! If she goes back to the palace every single one of the guards will probably go and chase her down like Jang-kyung running after his common duck.

Oi oi. Where the heck is my guy whose arms I should be able to jump into? Huh? Where??? *sigh* Being single sucks. And that wedding was so sweet and simple! I want a simple wedding! Chae-gyung is getting everything and she's leaving the rest of us in the dust. Geh, I need to start a support group...

I don't get it. I mean yea, it was really nice for Shin's mom to tell Chae-gyung to start calling her mother from now on, but come on. She didn't even allow Shin to call her mother. I think if they were going to include this, they should've resolved that issue between the queen and her son. Also, I don't think the king abdicating his throne was done very well. Yes, I do like the fact that he's admitted to the fact that he's done bad, but it was a bit too easy. Hopefully they explain more about this in Goong2.

Evil Psycho Crazy B*tch: Oh dear, things didn't go my way. I think I'll go crash my car and use the flames from the explosion to represent my metaphorical rebirth because they're linked to the phoenix which is known to burst into flames and be reborn. And then I'll act all hurt like an innocent little deer. I'm not going to ask for forgiveness. Oh no, I'll just cling to my son and leave the palace without saying a word. Yes indeedy.
9_9 I thought this was lame. She accepted Yul's decision a bit too easily, and to be honest I thought that she should've seen this coming. If the writer kept true to her character, she would've put some body guards on Yul to keep him from doing that like she did in ep13 when she knew that he'd want to interfere with the hapbang. I really would love to see what they're planning to do with the villain part if Yul's mom is completely gone as this episode makes it seem.
overall thoughts: It's over. It's really really over. T_T Friggin A...have to wait til friggin February for the show to friggin start again. But I liked this episode well enough. Everything tied up nicely, even if certain things came off a bit too easy or weren't explained in depth, but I guess that's why we have a Goong2 anyways. And for all you conspiracy theorists, I don't think Chae-gyung is pregnant. Because no way are they going to make her pregnant and NOT FRIGGIN SHOW ME HOW THEY MADE IT >( Well anyways...that's it from me for now. It's been a fun 24 episodes of ranting and fangirling. See y'all again in February....>>; *mumbles friggin effing f****** February...*
