episode 2

Ok, so for the sweetest moment of this ep, I decided the Eppie should go to Chae-gyung sleeping with her parents before she left for the palace. I guess they decided to move that scene from the manhwa to here, doesn't work the same way, but it's still really sweet. It's so sweet to see her with her parents and to see how concerned they are for her. And to see her peacefully fall asleep in her father's lap makes her look innocent, which is what she really is since she's still in high school.

So...I know it, you know it, everybody knows it. Now say it with me: "Oh My Gah! Jesusu Curistu Supah Stah~!" Like seriously, how does she even know that phrase? Well, whatever the reason may be, her saying that has forever embedded it in our little Goongified brains, thus making those Goongians giggle like little school girls when they say it to each other, but only to meet the stares of strangers walking down the street. But who cares? It's funny and YEH delivered the line perfectly. And yes, I do have a runner up for cutest moment. The grandma always rocks, so cute, so adorable. And I loved how they kept in the part where she starts laughing at CG's disgruntled picture in the newspaper. Wonder if they'll keep in the part we all want to hear: "SEHSON WANTED!"

The funniest scene of Episode 2 has got to go to CG realizing what she looks like after being photographed by the paparazzi. It was such a slow reaction too. She was like look in the mirror...look outside...adds 2+2...and poof: Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!! Hahahahahahaha soooo funny. And the runner up is from the scene previous where Chae-gyung wants to know who sent bad pictures of her to the press. At first I thought she was crying b/c she thought it was too late to cancel the wedding, but instead she wanted kill the person who sent those pictures of her. Kinda shallow, but I guess I can't blame her. I've got bad pictures of myself too, and any person who showed them to the general public WILL be on my hit list. Oh wellz.

I felt so bad for Chae-gyung when she came home and was just all depressed. I think this is one of those moments that really showcases how well YEH can act. I mean, she looks so sad, who wouldn't feel sorry for her? Poor Chae-gyung. I know what would make her happy. Five minute make-out session with Shin....oh wait, uh, I think that's what would make _me_ happy. Maybe CG just needs a box of chocolate.

Ugh. Shin, why are you so dang gorgeous? I'm a sucker for any guy who dresses in suits and dress shirts and the like, and whaddya know, the very first scene of ep2 has Shin appearing in that nice outfit. *drools* He's also got this confident, intimidating look that is just so gorgeous *_*

Yay! This ep has more Yul exposure, which means there's more for us girls to oggle *teehee* The Best Yul Eppie has to go when Shin gets out of his car and he sees Yul again for the first time and Yul flashes that cute smile. Let's all just stand back for a couple moments and stare

o_O

ok staring time is done. Let's move on *drags Yul campers to next award*

Shin and Chae-gyung still haven't had a lot of interaction yet, but I'm still very happy that they have at least one hot scene in this ep. Shin probably wants to be all intimidating by leaning into Chae-gyung, but I know (at least for me) he's actually putting out a sexy vibe by being so close to CG. I mean, who can't feel the heat? There should be a little cupid behind Shin who "accidentally" shoves him forward into a kiss.

Ok, so this time around I have 2 wtf Eppies to hand out. The first goes to the reaction of Chae-gyung's friends after they find out she's getting married to Shin. That was really mean of them to be mad at her for getting married, they don't even know the premises to the situation! Good friends will be supportive rather then be all selfish. At least I know later on they forget about all that, but their initial reaction still isn't cool. For the second WTF Eppie, the winner is the scene outside of CG's house and that huge crowd of school girls telling CG to die. Ugh, what the heck? Those girls really need to get real lives. It's really despicable for someone to lash out at a person _they don't even know_ in that way. Do they think that somehow they'll be able to marry the prince if she doesn't? Get real. And besides, they should be happy with the choice Shin made, not try to debate it. Ugh, stupid antis

Ok ok, so I know I was all fangirly drooling over how hot it was when Shin was talking CG in school, but I was only commenting on the look of the scene. The actual context of the scene wasn't too pretty to me. Shin was being a real jerk to CG telling her how he doesn't care what happens to her. That's great if he wants to protect someone he loves, but that's really cruel to put someone else in that position, especially someone who's never done anything to him. So yea, Shin deserves a punch, as much as I'd hate to harm that beautiful face of his.
