episode 16
So for this episode I ran into two dilemmas. 1)I couldn't pick just one sweet moment or one cute moment. 2)These lovelies fall into a beautiful gray area that I call cute and sweet since they are neither one or the other but both. So for the first time I present to y'all a joint award between cute and sweet. Such a lovely union no? First of all, I just _loved_ the grocery shopping scene. Especially how Shin kept getting ridiculous stuff and how CG kept laughing it off. And they weren't fighting or anything, just being playful and cute ^_^ Although I do wonder, how come no one noticed who they were? Like, wouldn't there be cameras and stuff? Those two going shopping would be so much better than that front page kiss (although it was hot ^_^). Secondly, don't you all just love Shin when he took that picture of CG? I'm like gushing here. Especially how he's playing with her and put his arm around her. Now let Yul see that and tell her that Shin doesn't care for her. And finally the ultimate sweet cute moment is when they were looking at their pictures from the beach. They don't even care if Gong Nessi is there. All of this is just oh so surreal--*Owww...* sorry, I got a cavity. T_T
This wasn't the funniest thing that happened in the entire show, but I thought it gave out a couple of good laughs (Shin pulling out that bag of onions was funny too, but I thought it fell more under the category of cute and sweet *still rubbing mouth from cavity* ;_;). It's just so funny whenever you see CG's family. I thought it was really funny when her dad got the phone taken away from him and he was like o_o?? And I laughed when her mom was like "this car is way better than the one debi-mama got you".
And here lies the difference b/n CG/Shin and Hyo-rin/Yul. Both CG and Shin aren't willing to go after something that isn't theirs, and that statement made by CG really hit it home to me. Yul had better listen to what she's saying (but prolly won't, stupid Goong makers), because that's exactly what he's doing. And it's breaking her heart that she may have to give Shin up. I also thought it was very moving to see her say that it was ok if she got hurt as long as Shin was ok. That's love right there man. And who knew I'd find Hyo-rin to be saying something so insightful? It's so true that she's Shin Rosaline. And this is probably where it's starting to really hit her that she's never going to get Shin back. It's too bad though. Since she did have her chance. Ah, c'est la vie
Yes! He's finally told Hyo-rin that he loves Chae-gyung. THANK YOU. NOW GO TELL YOUR WIFE THAT. C'mon~ I know you can do it. Just walk up to CG and say "Chae-gyung, you're sexy, can we make out now?".....o_o wait....that was from another eppie award. *rewind* Shin, just walk up to CG and say "Chae-gyung-ah, sarang haeyo, cho-ah-haeyo" *sigh* Paboh. Oh yea, the runner up would've been the Shin award itself, but then I'd just be shallow. But loooooook~~~~ it's like FINALLY. Wardrobe finally went to a contemporary mainstream store to get his suit. He doesn't look fruity anymore! On contrary, he looks hot! *flails arms and dances around Shin body pillow* Black suits + white dress shirts = theed drooling @_@
Ok, so this is a really lame moment. But can you blame me? This was the _one_ moment where Yul wasn't doing something punch worthy. I was just going to find a screenshot of him in something incredibly hot, but his wardrobe was so girly in this ep, I decided this was all I could choose. So uh...that's the best Yul award for ya folks. ehehehehehe.... ^^;

*_* I am so happy right now *sniff* I think I'm going to cry. Yes, yes. I know this is total fan service. But I can't help but fall victim to it! Gah, this entire beach scene was so beautiful. If only we had 20 one hour eps of just this...ok that might be a bad idea, but then again that just shows you how desperate we all were for this. *le sigh*

Yul's mom never ceases to amaze me with her tactlessness (is that even a word?) She wants to go see Hyo-rin just so she can make sure her sabotage plans don't go to ruin? This girl just tried to commit suicide because of how hurt she's feeling and all you think about is what it means for you??? And I can't believe Yul just brushed it off when his mom asked him to come with her. What a B*T-C-H
Idiots. Both of them. A) Shin should respond. *bangs on head* Hello??? Anybody in there? Girl you love just confessed to you. Ain't ya got anything to say back? Like um...I love you too? Let's stay together forever? I want to have babies with you? And B)Chae-gyung, don't just sit there and not let him answer. Ask him, "so what about you?" or something along those lines. MAKE him communicate! Or do a Han Ji-eun and kiss him on the cheek. Something. Anything

Shin's dad seriously needs to listen to his wife more instead of clinging to Yul's mom.
And I can't believe Yul. Caring for someone means working for their happiness. How the heck is telling Chae-gyung to give her position away to Hyo-rin going to make her happy? For once I am actually telling you all to give a good one to Yul. He's telling her things that aren't true (whether he knows it or not) and he's only thinking about his own happiness deep down. Stop suffocating CG okay Yul? There are tons of other girls at soompi who would _love_ to be suffocated by you. You should drop by and have a look.
overall thoughts:I admit it. I ate up all that fan service. But that doesn't change the fact that I'm still dissatisfied with what's been happening. Yul still is an obsessive freak and there's still all that misunderstanding. And not to mention the end of this ep wasn't all to reassuring. But I would like to mention that I though it was cool how Shin's mom took hold of the situation and had Yul's mom not be able to find out where Hyo-rin was. Overall I did like this episode because of the fan service, but in the end I know they're just teasing me. It's not fair. Y'know, if this was a normal drama with just 20 eps, this would be the part where they would actually get together instead of being all screwy for a couple more eps. *looks longingly at pile of toilet paper and shaving cream*
