episode 7

Geh, why is it Ji-eun who's been doing all the crying? I mean I know Young-jae was the one who started loving Ji-eun first, but Ji-eun's the one who realized it first, which means she's the one who's hurting the most. I can't even imagine how it is for her because she's basically got nobody in the world. Her parents are dead, her friends are cheap b*stards, and she's living a sham marriage with a guy she can't stand (even though she loves him now). Sure, she has Yoo Min-hyuk, but he's not what she needs in her life. *long sigh*

With the previous being said, I found it really touching that Young-jae's family is allowing her to come in and be a part of it all. That night was probably the first time in years where she sat down with two parents and even a grandparent and had a good time just being a daughter. Sure, Young-jae's dad can have a stick up his rear sometimes and sure grandma can be a bit of a prude, but in the end they're family that cares :D

Haha, I loved how Young-jae went crazy over how Ji-eun was isolating herself from him and even later with how she wasn't at home all day and he was pacing around waiting for her to come home. He's definitely falling for her so much that he absolutely needs her company. Ain't that cute? And the entire family outing and such with Ji-eun and Young-jae's family was so cute too. Especially grandma with how she thought it was ok to call Ji-eun "three-bear". And that "Go-stop" scene was so funny! Especially that look grandma shot when she was losing. Hehe. Oh yea! And that chicken painting they were looking at and it made Ji-eun think about Young-jae's name for her. ^_^

Hahahahaha. After that entire ordeal about refusing to eating bibimbap slop, the look on his face was priceless when he was caught. And the rice sticking out of his face was priceless. I can just imagine Bi when he was being told what to do in the scene: "Ok so...I stuff my face...then I spit it out?....but isn't Young-jae supposed to be some sort of neat freak? Why would he be eating like that?" Director: "....just do it!!!!" Hehe. And Ji-eun daydreaming about attacking Hye-won/getting kicked out of her house was priceless. Now why she would take a rice cooker is beyond me other than the fact that Young-jae considers her his personal chef. Now you know you're in an Asian show when you get kicked out with nothing but a suitcase and a rice cooker rather than say a mop and pail. Yay Asians!

I just loved how Young-jae gave Loser Number 1 a talking to. Especially since it was for Ji-eun, which is just another piece of evidence about how he's falling for her. Because if it was otherwise, he'd just leave well enough alone. And it was sure funny when Loser Number 1 latched on to him like there was no tomorrow. If someone just walked in on em, they would've thought that it was some crazy fanboy... And the way he struggled, hahhaha. Just rewatch that scene. It's good for a laugh :D

You know there's something going wrong when someone's publicist dresses better than that person's dresser. I mean, just what _is_ that exactly? Did the person who made that even know how to sew? It's soooo not flattering and it looks like it's about to fall off. Plus it makes her look like her boobs sag. Not to mention the fact that arm-band thing just doesn't even go with that outfit. I shake my head at the wardrobe department. And about Ji-eun's glasses. Ok, so I lied about her never wearing them in the show again. But they totally left out the nerdy look she had in the very beginning. Now she's just a pretty girl with glasses. Will there never be any justice for those nerds out there? *waves a nerd flag sadly*

Wow, this scene was so touching. They really had a heart to heart moment there. Although you can tell that Ji-eun was a little hurt that Young-jae used the same methods to cheer up Ji-eun that he used on his little sister. Why that would hurt, I'm not quite sure, but at least these two have a better understanding of each other. Although I think this scene would've been much better if Young-jae was actually there. I mean think about it, those two are in his parents house. His parents don't want them to leave. They're married. _Obviously_ they'll have to share a room. For the first time. GET IT? It'll be some hot Ji-eun and Young-jae action I tell ya. And in all honesty, I think that if they had that conversation together, they'd probably end up kissing in all the emotional confusion. Honestly that scene writes itself out. *pats self on the back*

Oh-ho man. To be swept into the arms of such a hot hunk and to be held so closely, I don't know how Song Hye-gyo managed to stay solid and not melt. Not to mention the fact that Kim Sung Soo gets to sweep a very pretty girl off her feet. Seriously though, if that were me, all the crew on set would have to collectively pry me off his chest while I go through the list of possible colognes he's wearing. And this second award is to appease those Bi/SHG shippers (including myself). Don't you just luv all that angry tension between those two? This episode was loaded with it. It's like...make out already. Or something. I dunno...maybe one long French kiss? =D????

O-kay what is up with Hye-won? Like seriously, now she's just admitting to her psychotic-ness. She's openly trying to ruin her best friend's marriage. And all because of what? She got rejected by the guy she really liked and she can't stand to see the one man she had on baited hook go off and actually be happy. And then she goes off to play with Young-jae by clinging to their childhood memories while obviously rubbing it in Ji-eun's face. Like what the f*** Young-jae? Well at least he thought of asking Hye-won if Ji-eun could come but still. Maybe there's a reason why there's a Tom Cruise picture hanging in that restaurant *cough*scientology*cough*
Overall thoughts: I liked this episode. They're developing the feelings of the two leads at a rather nice pace if you ask me. And thank _goodness_ those two losers didn't do to much in this episode that would send me flying off the walls. Oh, and you might've noticed that I didn't comment on the very last scene anywhere, but since we know they repeat it in the next ep I'll save it for then. :D
