episode 1

So let's kick things off with the saddest award! Yay~ ^_^....wait o_O er, ok so "yay" for the beginning of these awards, but "boohoohoo" cuz this is the sad award. Hehe ^^; Anyways, I thought I wasn't really going to find anything sad in this episode because y'know, this is the first ep and all. But whaddya know, bam! Ji-eun is peeling her childhood stickers off and erasing any trace of her in this house. And considering that house is all that she has left of her parents, except for that one picture, can you imagine how emotional this would be? T_T

This is just proof of what a sweet and wonderful person Ji-eun is. I mean, she totally is willing to hold back just so that baby will be able to have a nice life. Personally I wouldn't have given a crap about those two loser friends. Ji-eun should get like some good Samaritan award or something...like a car. *cough* =D

The best part in this entire episode is when Ji-eun cons Young-jae into believing she went out with Min-hyuk to get money. Puahaha that sad face and talking about those unavoidable circumstances and stuff. And then Young-jae just totally falls for it. And then she sits in her room and smells the money. Puahahaha. Maaaaan, I wish I could do that. But I'm totally a bad actress. I'd _so_ be conspicuous. Actually, scratch that. I'd be too chicken to even go ask a famous actor for money. I'd probably still be stuck in Shanghai doing dishes for that hotel. xD

As for the first runner up, I mean, isn't that sad? Dude is out on a date with his gf, but she's so focused on Young-jae. He even tries to turn her head, but she doesn't care. Burrrrn. And about the second one, well.....isn't it self explanatory? She freakin head butts him dude. That's like...awesome. =D

Man, I wouldn't have had the gall to start telling some guy to his face that he's so cute and stuff. Even if I knew he wouldn't understand a lick of what I was saying. But she went all out and then got the embarrassment of her life. Best of all was that inquiring look she gave him before she started talking, like "Hey. How YOU doin'?" (<--Joey reference).

Ok, so these awards are going to be done slightly different from my Goong awards. This is one of them. I can't really do two awards for the lead males because, eh I don't know how to explain it. Just wouldn't work the same for Full House as it did for Goong. But what I can do, actually what I'm obligated to do is have a Rain/Bi award. I'd have thousands of fangirls clawing me if I didn't, and I prolly would be hitting myself anyways because I'm a fangirl myself. ^_^v The Rain award is devoted to any fangirlish tendencies I may experience during an episode. Whether it be he's looking extra extra fione or if he's doing a superb job acting, or I particularly like something his character does, it goes here. Plus it's extra eye candy pour moi. =D

So, first up is Young-jae doing interviews in Shanghai. Dude. Like dude! Dude dude! He's so friggin hawt here. That black outfit with the blue and white on his shirt. Like, man if I could have the ability to jump into my screen and hug him. *_*;;;;

Here's another difference between my Goong awards and my Full House awards: fashion. Ok, so I _really_ should have done the same thing to Goong, but I only thought about it just recently. Maybe if I have the time I'll go back and add them to goong, but having to go back and comb through 24 eps just for clothes is intimidating. But this I can do :D. Ok, so let's take a look ne? First up we've got the lovely neon/lime/whatever green sweater that looks like it wants to expose men boobs or something. Like wtf? I don't get it but it's _hideous_ Add on to the fact that it's got blue accents, it looks really fugly. I'm not someone who has favorite colors, but I do have favorite color combinations. And this ain't one of them. So if you happen to be a designer, do us a favor and not stay in the 90's k? Now for a fashion do: DO wear really hot suit-type clothes. OMG Kim Sung Soo, can you _BE_ (<--Chandler reference) working that outfit any better? *_* I don't have a "Best Min-hyuk" award, so this one might function as that every now and then. Which it is doing right now. SO FRIGGIN HAWT. (hehe sorry for the random outburst). Oh yea, and as for honorable mention, Ji-eun's glasses. Why did they only have her wear those for like the first 5 minutes? She makes such a cute nerd! And Young-jae wore those uber hot glasses which lessened the hideousness of that neon green getup. But they never show those two in glasses again. What gives? I know, discrimination against people who wear glasses. Not cool man. >>;

Eh, nothing much happened in the way of romance in this ep. So I just stuck in the most intense look scene in. So voila. *moves on*

Yea, nothing much happened here either. But she grabs his hand yo. Just think about it. You’re sitting in a plane next to one of the hottest stars in your country. And then you grab his hand out of fear. If things go right, that hot star will gently caress your hand and whisper "it's all right" into your ear. It didn't happen that way, but oh-ho man...ok so I'm just imagining things. But whatev, my awards, I can do whatever I want =p

I HATE JI-EUN'S FRIENDS. They have _GOT_ to be the most irresponsible, idiotic people in the world. Let's list off their eff ups shall we?
A)They had unprotected sex. And now they're bringing a child into their miserable lives. Not to mention they already effed up that baby's life by having it be born to two idiots who have no jobs.
B)They con their childhood BEST friend out of her house that her _parents_ built. I can understand maybe a house (but in reality, I wouldn't), or like some valuable antique/heirloom. But her parents' house?!?! What the hell. How did they even get their hands on the deed?
C)They just let her go off to Shanghai without any concern for what might happen to her there. Like dude. That right there is sooooooo messed up. I think I'd rank that higher than selling off her house and taking the money. How can you leave someone in a different country with no money, no place to stay, and can't even speak the language?
D)They take all of her money sans a couple of cents out her bank account. Her house wasn't enough? And I really don't get the bank system in Korea. Seems from all the dramas I've seen that it's really easy to withdraw money from someone else's account. *scratches head*
E) And if all of the above weren't enough, what's her face doesn't give Ji-eun everything out of her wallet. I mean, you sell her house, take everything out of her bank account, they can't even give her a few more bucks?
So yea, we can pretty much say these two are the worst bums in the world. I think there was this rhyme that Bill Cosby did when he had a second TV show and he was telling an alternate version of Jack and the Bean Stalk:

"Fee Fi Fo Fum, I smell the blood of a freeloading bum"

If I were a giant, I'd totally squash those two bums. I don't think I could have had the same heart Ji-eun did and not report them. I'd be like "you know what? Give me your first born and we'll be even mmk?" Grr >(

Overall thoughts: Really liked this episode even though not much really happened. Very good establishment and the actors/actresses hit everything right off the bat. And the hotness. Oh my, oh my. Kim Sung Soo and Bi in the same drama. Life couldn't be any better, unless I was going out with one of them ^_^v Oh btw, you guys might've noticed that I don't have a "to be punched" award. Well, I kinda felt like nobody in this drama made me as mad as some of the characters in Goong, or as often. Although Hae-won and those two idiots come pretty close to evil Psycho B**** and gang sometimes...
