episode 13

This ep and the last ep Anna's been dealing with a lot of her old memories rushing back to her. You feel really bad for her since she's realizing that her previous life wasn't so happy and cheerful, which is why I'm so glad that Chul-soo was able to reassure her that everything wasn't so bad and cheered her up. Chul-soo just keeps getting sweeter and sweeter every ep, gawd I love this man.

Haha it's like if you leave your house and you turn around and your dog is giving you those sad puppy eyes and then your lip trembles and you go "Oh what the hey" and let him ride in your car with you. I love how Anna can be broken down so easily now, especially by Kang-ja. Whodda thought?

"Ajumma is stuck to uncle! Wah!!!" <-- Omg that Is. Just. Too. Precious. *___* Proceeds to pinch each of Chul-soo's nephews cheeks Seriously, they each deserve a candy bar for creating such a hot moment between Chul-soo and Anna and then proceed to tease the living daylights out of em for it.

Lol way to throw a fit about being barely being related to each other. And not even in a blood-related kind of way. It's like "OMG you're my brother's best friend's uncle's cousin's nephew's college roommate's boss's third daughter's ex-bf's dog walker's sister??? Like ew get away from me, incest!"

And this is 'inquisitive look' Chul-soo. One of the many types of Chul-soo's in the series and this is a rare one! Soak it all in while still can. *le sigh*

K, who saw THAT coming? One of my top fav ways for a guy to kiss a girl is the classic 'grab-n-smack' hehe. Of course this wasn't the most romantic way of going about it (a la My Girl, etc.) but I think considering the series it's mighty appropriate. Plus I don't think Anna's ever been slipped the tongue, so what better way than to just up and lay one on her?

I love this little moment they have here what with Chul-soo making sure she's as warm and comfortable as possible and then with her telling him how good he is to be able to add a warmer in the sofa. But you know what would make Anna even warmer? If they both got naked and went under the covers and spooned. Hehe...hehe...no? Aw, okay *sits in a corner and sulks*

Yea, way to make me think this scene's just acting and nothing more. It takes away from the experience of watching a show when it's blatantly obvious that they're overexaggerating. You'd think they could've gotten a better 'fake burned hand' dance out of Kim Sung-min, but I guess not. Geez, my dog could've done that better. Anna's and Kang-ja's blank wtf stares as they watched him dance around were duly deserved. 9_9

I love how Anna's slowly corrupting the boys. There was that one time at that k-bbq place where she told them it was ok to insult the food, and then telling to toot their own horns as much as possible, and now telling them that all they have to do when they ruin something is to just bury it. Man, these kids are gonna have major issues one day when they try and get girlfriends. And then Anna's response will be "whatever, they're not good enough for you, move on to the next girl".
Overall thoughts: there were a couple of moments I wasn't able to talk about this time around. Like how we got insight into why Anna didn't really believe in sincere attempts to do something nice for somebody because as a kid people always expected her to reward them with money. Or how cute Kang-ja was when she said Anna can't marry Chul-soo since she was already married, but then was easily distracted when her mom told her to sing a song. Or all those stupid scenes with Yoo-gyung. Ugh, get out of my life already you overrated, flower loving, walking uterine infection >>;
