episode 3

*sigh* Yet again, we got the classic girl falls in love with guy before he falls in love with her. And poor Mong-ryong, he's such a sweet guy, but Chae-rin just totally takes advantage of it and you can _so_ tell she was exaggerating. But still, he could've at least said good-bye or something before ditching Choon-hyang. I think the worst part for her, is that she knows that he had feelings for Chae-rin and that their marriage was for convenience so it's not like she can get so mad at him. Urgh so frustrating =/

This is what I love about Mong-ryong's dad. Even though he's a bit of a hard-@$$, he's still a loving father. And he's only strict when it's called for, but it's not like he's going to be mean to his son just because he falls short of his expectations. I think thing I love about his dad is how nice he is to Choon-hyang. He doesn't view her as a burden or some low-class scum like his mother does, he sees her for who she is and what she's capable of. All dads should be like him <3

Omg it was sooooooooo hard to choose this episode! I had to choose between this, Mong-ryong getting all jealous when he wasn't picked as Romeo, Choon-hyang surprising him with those goggle eyes or whatever (man haven't seen that since like 3rd grade) when he ran off after their wedding, and their cute little fight over the ramen. I was literally sitting at my computer going back and forth between all these moments trying to choose =x But alas, the booty shake won. But dang Han Chae-young, put some more oomph into it. We all know she's capable of getting her freak on what with that club scene in episode 1.

Man that bump in the road was sooooooo placed there for comedic effect. Just look at the rest of the road, not a lump in sight, except where she rode her bike over. It was so cute how Mong-ryong just jumped onto her bike as she was about to leave all smiles and stuff, but it was even better when his uh..um...family jewels got er...squished? xDDD He looks like he's constipated or something...

This is another thing I love about Jae Hee. He's got that bad boy sexiness down, but at the same time he's just so CUTE and FUNNY. Not many guys can put on a dress and fake boobs and still make me think he's sexy. Ok, the blond wig is a bit of a turn off, but still you gotta love Jae Hee for taking it all in stride. Man, I wish I was there when they showed Jae Hee those fake boobs and told him to put them on: "hmmm...you look like a C-cup, here put these on" :D

I've experienced my fair share of school plays. Heck I was in the pit for one of them while I was in high school. And let me tell ya, these things are just gold mines for eye barf. Now in the spectrum of all costumes dealing with the Medieval/Renaissance period, this one is probably in the C+/B= range, but it's still excellent for a school play. Nice flow and length, good fabric, nice cut and that gold head piece ain't all that bad. Now...those glasses. >> I mean I know Choon-hyang is poor, but just because those glasses are cheaper that doesn't mean you actually get them. They're not chic, or classy or cute or _anything_. They just make me think of an 80 year old school librarian o_O

C'mon Han Chae-young! Open your gosh darned mouth so Jae Hee's tongue can get through! *sigh* Well, I guess I'll take what I can get, so this kiss passes =/

I know I've raved about this for the past two reviews, but I just have to keep doing it: I just _love_ HCY's and Jae Hee's chemistry. They just click so well together and I don't feel like I've seen anything like this since Choon-hyang came out. The interaction they had when Choon-hyang was giving Mong-ryong the cell phone charm was so sweet (btw I _really_ want that cell phone strap, but it's like 20 bucks on yesasia, friggin crack prices >>) and the way he carried Choon-hyang to bed. I know that's been done like a thousand times, but it's just nice seeing it with Choon-hyang and Mong-ryong. <3 <3 <3

O___o?????? Pyoo? Pyoo Pyoo? Ermm...o...kay?

Overall thoughts: Ah things are heating up! Chae-rin has officially entered the picture, which means it's time to get ready for some good angst. Now normally I can do without the angst, but for Choon-hyang I'm willing to make the sacrifice. You guys might've noticed that I totally have been leaving out Um Tae-woong scenes out of these. Well, I'll eventually get to him, but none of his scenes hold a candle to the ones shared by Jae Hee and Han Chae-young. One moment that I really loved that didn't really fit in anywhere was when Choon-hyang proved that Jae-hee was innocent of cheating. I couldn't include it anywhere because it didn't really fit in any of the categories, it was just cool.
