episode 10

Boy Mong-ryong sure was getting run over this entire episode. That was a really mean trick Hak-do used to get Choon-hyang to think Mong-ryong was still going after Chae-rin. Sometimes I think Chae-rin and Hak-do are a match made in heaven, they're both so pyschotic. They could have fun playing mind games with each other, and then when they have kids they can ply fun little pranks on them. But geez, they should be a ashamed of themselves, they're torturing both Choon-hyang and Mong-ryong. But this episode was full of Mong-ryong heartache :(

I love how persistent Mong-ryong was in this episode. Most other drama guys would become equally pissed and just totally ignore the girl or get back at her or whatever, but here Mong-ryong just kept doing his best to keep her happy. And most guys wouldn't even know to do this much, they've got to be told every single detail. Mong-ryong is sorta like that too, but he pulls through when he should.

I gushed to bits and pieces seeing Mong-ryong's blank stare when that counselor asked him whether or not they had uh...'physical relations'. Puehehe, I guess he's a little more pure than we all thought :D All the more reason to um...'corrupt' him? >=D And then there was also that time when he was sulking in Ji-hyuk's video store and he was listening to them argue back and forth on who was better for Choon-hyang. His little reactions were so cute, just look at that pouty lip :D

Hahaha all these movie parodies were too jokes. That Romeo + Juliet parody? Ah did NOT see that one coming. It was so serious it was funny. Though you gotta wonder, would most Koreans have seen these movies? Pretty woman and Romeo + Juliet maybe, but I have a feeling the Gone with the Wind thing would've gone right over their heads. Must've had a lot of o___o???? going on the night this episode aired.

*Rawr!*

Jae Hee looked absolutely HOTT with the first outfit he's wearing. Overall nice combination of colors, love the blazer and the white dress shirt. And the open collar makes it ultra sexay~ But then they had to go and ruin the mood with that fiesta of the most horrid color combinations on earth. Ok dudes, we're not in the 80's anymore, we don't have to deploy bright clashy colors ok? I could've picked out some other equally horrid stuff, but they were mostly to do with accessories (like some of the knee socks Han Chae-young had to wear >_<), but this just totally took the cake. I hope they had matches on that set, because that sweater just needs to be burned. Don't even think of donating to charity, you'd be doing a public service by keeping it from being worn by anybody ever again xP

Ok, so there weren't any particularly 'hot' moments in this episode (well, besides Jae Hee's sexy self ^_^), but this moment totally makes up for it! I remember when I first watched this series, Mong-ryong's sudden grab and hug took me by surprise, but it still makes my heart throb like no tomorrow.

Choon-hyang sure did her work trying to crush Mong-ryong's heart all she could. I mean sure, she was being manipulated by BOTH Chae-rin and Hak-do, but at the same time, couldn't she see past that and look right in front of her and see what Mong-ryong was doing for her? I mean she was friggin #1 in school! You'd think she's smart enough to figure out who's the liar in a situation. At least she finally came to her senses at the end of the episode, else I'd have to deploy a secret task force to take her out, cuz if she didn't want him I'll take him.
Overall thoughts: This was a really good episode even though I was a little annoyed by that cold attitude Choon-hyang had most of the time. And did you guys see those donuts when Hak-do took her out to eat? I almost had to do another best food moment. *drools*
